work as a team

yup, quite a wierd topic to talk on. we all think we can workin a team, whts d big deal? no matter it seemed the same to me until i wrked in one recently. i dunno how but i got involved into the task given to us and slowly slowly in no time i was one of the active members. it was indeed a cool thing 2 sit down 2gether, discuss the problems, fix the date foro next meeting and obviously cracking jokes on one another. wht i felt abt team wrking is as follows

• we shld always b proud n confident abt our team.
• give due respect to each member of ur team, even if he is a weak link.
• respect oders decisions.
• you can judge oders provided you do it 4 d betterment of him and the team. keep in mind 2 convey dem ur judgement ina polite manner.
• try to maintain a friendly atmosphere evry time sit downto discuss matter.
• make your work fun. dat way u ll love wrking n u ll b more productive...
