The person who means a lot to me . . .
Hey guys I am gonna tell you a small part of my coming into this world.
I was in this other world of mine which was very magical and beautiful, which had everything that one aspires in life, everything that makes you happy. And then . . .
Returning back to the person, he connected with me at a different level. He was there for me always ready to offer a helping hand. Later on he continued to be a very great friend of mine. He always knew what I wanted and gave me before I even I asked for them. He taught me about the world, the dialect, the behavior and most importantly, what they call here to be a responsible and honest person.
I have grown 20 years old and have started understanding this world. He is right here beside me feeding me some sweets. Everything is changed to me, still he hasn't changed for sure.
You must have guessed. He is my dear FATHER, my friend and guide in my life.

WicgaC Justified
Well the name's WICGAC
Historically speaking, WICGAC = Wish I Could Get Another Chance. A blog which was started by me to pour my thoughts on my life actions which couldn't be reversed. It so happened one night, I was very disappointed that day and was restless with no means to restore my systems to a stable point. No doubt, I was on my comp browsing net and then suddenly the idea of writing a blog on my regrets and advices on how do avoid them etc etc came up in my mind. And thus the name.
Next after some days, I had this very thought of the justification of such a blog where you write your regrets of your life. Indeed celebrate your life, see the color and diversity of it and most importantly enjoy it. So I decided to make it my life's mirror ( Oh yes ! no more regrets ). Thus I started posting my works on Photoshop, my daily life happenings, my thoughts and interests and friends. In short it had become my daily dairy blog which contained me.
So it is : Wish Is Complete Given Always Complimented
This in its very crude form means. If you have a wish, compliment it, believe in it, work for it and earn it. Yes, thats true, you have to believe in whatever you do and next you have to work towards it to earn it
I dunno how far was my justification satisfied you. Its all inside you. As far as I am concerned I am satisfied and I will make it awesome. :)

Durga Puja - Bhubaneswar
Well after the sudden orders from the institute to retreat back to our homes, I was given the opportunity to enjoy the puja back at home after 3-4 years.
Well lemme give you a glimpse of the celebration here at Bhubaneswar. [1 thing : the pics were taken by a normal VGA Camera :(]
Although simple, this was one of the best works. Odisha is famous for this pandels. No doubt !
One huge masterpiece. The best part of this pandal is the tribal playing dhols and flutes at the gate.
The tribals playing the instruments making the surrounding even more festive.
This is another huge one @ Nayapalli. Hats off to the people who dared make it this huge.
This is the best one, entirely made out of floor mats. These people can be real imaginative.
A closeup of the entrance. This is all I could manage in the push and pull of the crowd.
Apart from all these there were a large number of pandals which we couldnt cover due to time constraints. Another thing which I should highlight is the melas rather the village fairs which were adjacent to the pandals. They added to the festive mood. [ I could not take pictures of them due to the VGA Cam :( ]
Neways it was fun out here watching all this. Although, I do miss the celebration back at my college. We had planned a lot for this time puja but the attack of jaundice back in our college forced us all to leave. I miss the joy of organising and being an integral part of the Puja

Durga Puja Notice 2
This was the poster that I designed as the poster for the Durga Puja. Some things which I think can be made a note of are
It all depends on you , how you place, how you plan and how you execute.
- BACKGROUND & THEME : At first you should be able to choose a good background and theme. A good background completes half of your task. While choosing or preparing your background make sure you dont have too many colours and designs in it. In that case it becomes difficult to write the text distinctly. Not to mention it should go with your theme.
- FONTS : Next make sure you choose your fonts for a poster. Too many makes it more clumsy and scrappy. On the other hand very less makes it look more official.
- IMAGES : This step is very important. In this step you are supposed to choose icons or some images to put in your poster to make it lively. Make sure you choose the right pictures. I would advice you to go to flickr or photobucket or any image hosting sites which offer good quality images (essentials you have a lot of professional photographers posting their photos there). You should also take care of the border of the photos. They do play an important role in deciding the final look of the poster.
- SELECTION OF COLORS : You should choose yours colors from the images you are using. That brings out a feeling of blending into the theme of your poster
- PLACEMENT : Last but not the least is the proper placement of all the elements that you plan to put on your poster. It should highlight the important things in your poster. Like in my poster i wanted to high light the Specials in my poster not at the cost of Puja timings, so I used icons or pics to highlight the Specials.
It all depends on you , how you place, how you plan and how you execute.

Indian Railways change .... please
Well a very crude idea that i came up with during my recent nightmare with my travel in the general compartment of Indian railways from Vasco in Goa to Bhubaneswar in Odisha. No doubt there were thoughts about time travel and teleportation during the painful travel, I would like the following ideas to be highlighted, which can be implemented.
I will soon be posting some of the pictures which i took....
- The body of the train should be changed to something lighter and tougher which would increase the speeds manifold
- The number of general tickets should not exceed the number of available seats. It becomes a musical chair circus in the other case.
- The general compartments should be properly cleaned and the supply of water should be ensured.
- Further the introduction of aerodynamic structure which would decrease the weight of the train on rails should be implemented. (this appealed the most to me)
- Lastly it should be awesome :P (really don't know how
I will soon be posting some of the pictures which i took....

Dunno why
Hmmmm
I dunt know y but I am the way I am. Some times in life things seem so different when seen from the point of view of different people. A success to someone seems a failure for some one else. Yet the whole world is always stable and balanced. I think rather that s why its more balanced and stable. The divesity in thoughts and actions brings it all together and keeps it attached.
Sometimes your life may seem bad and crapy to u.....I dunno y but why not for a moment take a moment and see it from another person's point of view. A point of view that makes your life more worthy, more beautiful, more fruitful, above all more valuable. All of a sudden you might feel your life and the world around you so charming and welcoming that you would like take a step ahead make it even better and beautiful. Its all in the mind and its all your thoughts which bring in all difference in your life. The whole point of your life is to make it more beautiful and enjoyable. So its you who is guiding your life.
Tickle yourself, talk to yourself, crack jokes on yourself and yes once in a while do see yourself. After all you are the architect of yourself, so that way you should have a look at your sculpture once in a while. :P

Durga Puja Notice
This is one of my recent works. For the first time I made use of the pictures which were taken by me. The image down was taken at the time of sandhi puja during Durga Puja 08. Similarly the the image of godesses Durga was taken on vijaya dashami during Durga Puja 08. The only thing i did was apply some filter effects (brush strokes..hmm i dunt remember exactly) to the images and put a nice background which i had. The image came out to be very nice. :)
If you like the work, then do tweet. (added the feature recently :P). Temme how you like it.

9xM ki bheegi billi....
Hope u come across the very famous bheegi billi of 9xM channel. I present to you my version as in some of my own original creations.
the very famous one :
The poem urges you to be cool and relaxed in your life. When ever you are in some difficulty, you should not panic. Rather think with a cool mind and try solving it. Make sure you arrive at the conclusion which should be both in agreement with your dimag and heart, then only its going to be a success.
Next one of my recent compositions which was my reply when some one asked me " kaisa hai"
This poem carries the message of being well and sound. Feel like the king of the world and live king size nomatter what problems come in life.
So what i wanna say is even the bheegi billi ke songs carry some message.
On ending note :P
Does everything has to mean sum thing :-/
No worry send in your meaningless and ruthless poems through comments. Lets enjoy :)

Nano electronics books...
One year back when i started in my venture into the nano world, the main difficulty which i faced to go ahead is proper guidance. Neways i managed to get hold of some books which indeed helped me to get some very basic knowledge in the field of nanotechnology although nothing as such in particular. In this post I ll mention name of a few books which i been through very recently and have found them to be very useful and am proud to share with you.
Well i started off my venture with a book which i dont think is of dat imprtance to mention, but since it was my first book i ll mention it
# a book by appin international - Nanotechnology
Well about the beginning i suppose any basic book, which talks about Nanotechnology, its future prospects, its pros, cons and some very basic theories will do.
# Nanoconvergence - The Unity of Nanoscience, Biotechnology, Information Technology and Cognitive Science by William Sims Bainbridge
# Inroduction to Nanotechnology by Charles Poole, Franks J Owens. Wiley
# Nanophysics and Nanotechnolgy by Edward L. Wolf
Besides you can go through any book which you think can provide with a proper idea about the present scenario in the field of nanotechnolgy. Remember this is a very basic step and the most important step in your journey because this steps helps you decide which field you wanna go - nanobiotechnology or nanoelectronics or nanomaterials. The power to choose entirely resides on , it all depends on your interest in the field you interested in in.
Now once you get decided in the topic it becomes a bit clear as as in whatz next?? Well this is where you need to go through a lot of research paper and books based on the basics you know. I think its better to take the guidance of a teacher if u can access one, else you can join forums on nanotechnolgy and take advice from them. To mention one try http://nanohub.org - a project by Purdue University. It has a lot of video lectures, simulation tools, teachin aids and best thing a lot of teachers involved. Check my previous blog entry for more details on the website. They are indeed helpful.
Here i ll be only be able to list some of the books on basic nanoelectronics as i am presently studying in the field of nanoelectronics basically. To name a few books
# Fundamentals of Nanoelectronics by George W Hanson
# Silicon Nanoelectronics by S Oda and D Ferry -a account of the recent developements in the field.
# Fundamentals of Semi-conductor devices by Edward S yang
# Nanotechnolgy for electronic material and devices by Korkin, Labanowski, Gusev, Luryi. Springer
Besides for more study in the field of single electron devices i would prefer the ieee paper or research materials which i suppose one can get in ample quantity on internet.
Lastly i would like to give a advice to all. Remember when you start a topic on your own you might feel bored or frustrated, but beleive me if u wanna really know the field and you try and put in a little effort, you will see in no time you are quite comfortable and its really interesting.
Do share information on any books or journals or papers if you hav. In my next post i ll try sharing some of the papers which i collected.

The Kinks (Inspired by a real blog story . . .)
Image via Wikipedia
"Any resemblance to persons living or dead is purely intentional."Yeah inspired by a true story of a blog, i hereby present d account of yet another fictitious character Prince Rubad, who is all awesum, who thinks is the creator and the power of the universe resides in him, who believes he can convince everyone, who believes the world is at his disposal and the men all his servant...(oh yeah crap lemme start with the story. Sry for the mysterious start ....actually juss watched Angels and Demons...Oh yeah he was a demon..not xactly).Lemme go ahead
Let us imagine ourselves when there was the reign of kings and rajahs. Oh yeah i am gonna tok of a king and his awesomenesssss...To start he was a kool dude, u kno. When he was a prince, he went to gurukul to impart knowledge. It so happened one day that his gurudev with the intention of taking a test asked him along with his friends to get some wood from the forest. No doubt he went, but in a few mins he returned back to gurudev..
Gurudev with all concern asked "Son, what happened? You were supposed to come back with wood with your friends. Why did you come back so early? Wht happened? Any thing wrong?"
"Gurudev, i was dere with them going to get dry woods for you but on the way my leg slipped and i fell. I was deeply hurt you can check. You can even ask others whether I actually fell or not."
"Son, its ohk"
"No Gurudev, you can also check on with my messenger through whom i sent a message to my family. Gurudev, i got injuries on my ankle and its kinda twisted. I could not walk properly all the way back from the forests (Yeah plz beleive him, afterall injured his hands and perhaps using hands 2 walk.). Gurudev, u can check its all red here and here. I really wanted to get wood for you but i dunt think i am that fortunate enough to serve you"
(Did you see the number of times he mentioned Gurudev :P)
"Oh for God sake will you shut the f*** up.. Who the hell asked you to reason out so much. Its fine you could not make it to the forest. I believe you. Juss go away and check with the vaidraj (Doctor).
So as the story goes he was seen playing gilli - danda the same evening..(Must be having an awesum body, the ankle injury healed so fast and yes he never visited the doctor). O M G, This guy is a real genius. he can get anything he wants from anyone (oh yeah dats another story..ll tell u later). He stands upto what he is expected to do...get things done from his fellow beings..He is a real KING.....
Dunt wry this was a small part of the story. The legacy will continue with the name "The Kinks"

Having tea with monsoon after a long time . . .
After a month of torture by heat and loo, and not to mention the forecast of weather on internet, all of us had lost our hopes. From nowhere came the monsoons to our rescue...
So lemme start but where to begin...Oh yea, we had a quiz to be held at around 4:20 today. So was busy preparing for the quiz. Due to the heat i closed my doors and windows. I actually ended up in watching a movie :P (17 again; my review: decent). Well so in the middle of the movie i heard some noise from outside. Well as i was least interested in whats going on out side, i continued with the movie. Neways after some time when i opened my door, O M G it had rained, and the ground was all wet. Damn i missed it. Neways never mind, i went near to the neem tree and shaked its branches. yoyooyoyoyo i was in the rain. ( u know what i am toking about) Well next i went to the test which was not that good. :(
The neem tree which provided me the joy of being in the rain, although i was late :P
So when we got out of the test centre, it was raining cats and dogs. So although wanned to go out and get wet in the rain, was a bit scared about catching cold. Now by that time one of my friends had already gone into the rain. 'Hell with cold i am getting out dere' Well after some few events, i along with one of my friends approached the refreshment centre (Sky lawns/labs; Confused) to have cheez n chilli sandwich. We managed to get there in the rain. After we ordered for the sandwich i ordered what they called Hot chofo (chocolate+coffee). Beleive me it was awesum to have that and at the same time the rains thrashing on you.
Next was my return journey to my hostel. When we started cycling from skylawns, it started raining more. However it was never going to be a problem as we were already wet, so rather we decided to cruz thru the rain water and dare to drive(actually cycle but it feels good to say drive :P) when you cannot see whts infront of you. (due to the intensity with which it was raining.
However made it to our hostels with the fun we had still in mind. Hey i snapped 2-3 pics after cuming back. What can i say, the rains were worth waiting for. Neways i am having tea with the monsoon. :)
Rain had juss sttoped for a break

B day blast !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Happy bday. Really confused b day means birthday or bumps day :P. Really gotto to know a different way of celebration and beleive me i totally love it. No doubt I am quite thankful to be in the Goa campus which is quite noob with respect to the Pilani campus (really u r pros \m/ hats off 2 u guys). Although i will nt be revealing the total story bcoz it needs 2 remain a suprise 4 Goa guys (:P). Its really gonna b fum in Goa. Indeed started counting days to celebrate a b day.
The celebration which i am going 2 describe has evolved from years of experimentation and research of course of butt :P.
Hey its 12 midnight. Everyone get outside, its d b day of Rayukesh Joshi. Oh yeah dere cumes the gang fully prepared (of course with a cake as a matter to console :P )
So what are we waiting for..Lets go...
Bang bang bang on door of d b day boy. Finally after 2-3 attemps gets up and behaves as if forced 2 wake up from a deep sleep (as if dats going to affect the planned package). Neways he asks a minute to change his pants (he also knows whts gonna happen. heheheh. let him prepare his best)
Neways he cumes out at last.. So whts nxt. Everyone wishes him a happy b day (of course with intensions of giving bumps going inside d mind :P). But some one needs to start.
Ohk here cumes Ramu yooyoy. 'Chalo uthao yaar. Suru karo'. Next moment every 1 jumps to pick d bday boy (as if everyone was waiting for some order) n thus starts d bumps party \m/. I dunt think I need to describe what a bumps aprty means :P, u know it
Well dats not the end.. 'Picture abhi baaki hai mere dost' . Yes next "Rapidfire" (OMG its awsum). Poor bday was asked to face a wall, a bucket of water poured on his back and dere cumes the sound 'phat phat phat phat phat phat' (with at a amazing rate, i think can be compared with the firing rate of AK 47 in CS :P)made by the exchange of kinetic energy of the chappal to the sound at the interface of chappal n butt.
You should see and yes i wonder how would it feel being the b day boy (I dunt wanna imagine, lemme have the fun)
Next is the "Axe Effect". Well this is kinda censored :P. Neways it was fun, but it was nt carried 4 a long time due to the requests(rather last wishes) by d b day boy.
yyooyoyoyoy cake cutting tym. Cake was kept on a chair n Rayukesh Joshi was standing infront of it and standing behind him are manu and ramu. Oh yeah climax abhi baaki hai. :P. There s more 2 cum b4 d cake cutting yoyoyoyoyoy.
As they call it "Confessions". (Sounds interesting, lets c)
Well comes the first questions 'Whats the most exciting thing which you have done in your life?'
Rayu says 'hmmmmmmmmmmm'
phat phat phat phat 'jaldi jaldi late nahin' (i dunt think i need to specify where from the sound comes from :P)
'jumping out of school'
phat phat phat phat 'what sort of exciting thing is dat'
phat phat phat .......and it goes
'whuz the most cute girl in ur campus?'
phat phat phat
'i dunt find ne girl cute, we dunt have ne cute in our campus'
phat phat phat 'The question was whuz d best in ur campus n dere has 2 b 1'
phat phat phat phat.....
You know ppl will never agree with you when dey get the chance of phat you when you are wrong :P. Not to forget there were some awesum questions asked too which i cannot disclose here for privacy reasons.
ramu was even commented during the last part by sumone 'arre tujhe toh police mein hona chahiye..kya interrogation karta hai'. Indeed i bow down b4 you ramu. you are god \m/
At last as i said to console he was given the opportunity to cut the cake and as good friends we sang the Birthday song (previously it was b day. abhi Birthday :P). As people always say 'everything has a happy ending' :)

Reflection..example
This a example of the reflection tut, which i posted some days back.
Actually i created this days back, long before i knew the actual procedure to create a relection effect. The mistake which i did in my tut was that in the last step i forgot to reduce the opacity, which kinda makes it feel more like reflection. You too can try out and feel the difference. I dunno how far was my tut useful, plz lemme know so that i improve :) You can download this wallpaper from the link given below

First Grunge
. Never really tried out such a wallpaper. I really dunno if its good or bad. To give you a brief history (:P) behind this wallpaper, lemme me go back. Well i was on my way back to my home in a train. Thankfully a got a seat where i had a plug point beside my seat (real lucky:) ). So taking the full advantage of situation, i watched a movie (The International - dunt watch it :P) and some videos and yes not to mention i heard some songs which made me feel gud. But then something was wrong, i wasnt really comfortable :(. Ohh yes i found it, i got the upper berth in the train, and sadly i didnt have any space, not even to sit straight. Moreover i could not get a chance to get down to the lower berth and sit due to the family with which i was travelling (they slept throughtout the journey o.0 . So i was sad n happy too for a plug point, so i tried to myself comfortable n tried out on with many brushes. Ending up here wasnt the end of the adventure. After the completion of this i could not save it as a .jpeg file (shame on me :P). After struggling for 15 mins, i found that i had scrolled down in the save options and for that reason i missed out the .jpeg option which was up in the options :P .
Neways do temme how do you find the wallpaper. I ll soon b posting some of my recent works with photos of persons and photoshop. Do check dem out.

Nano Hub
I came across this very awesum website which has a lot of information on nano science n technology. This very website contains a hell lot of information on the very new subject. With the help of teachers all around the globe n the sponsers not to mention, it is really helpful for students like me, who want to know more on the subject yet limited by the availability of the resources... It contains your personal page wherein you can customize the stuff you want to give more importance. Say for example you are more of a interested in nano - bio, then you can hav all the recent happenings and articles focussed upon on ur page rather ur account. Its very uselful both for the students n the researchers n the teachers. Afterall everyone is in the process of learning, so the website really helps us to a great extent in sharing information and get the maximum out of this mysterious technology. Not to mention of the very useful tutorials that it has, it is very very very very.... useful and at the same time fun to go thru :) Talking statistically it has
# 91835 users (both teachers n students)
# 1627 resourses
# 143 tools
# 392784 simulations (simply wow!)
Starting from nano bio to nano electrmechanical, it has all in store for you... What else, go and get the max out of it....

Reflection
Isnt dat kool...well lemme present my first tut : reflection effect
We ll b creating a cool wallpaper with ur name written and a reflection below. It indeed brings out a glassy effect n it rocks
Step 1: Open Photoshop and open a new file with d following configuration ( i am making a wallpaper with a size of 1280x800 pixels square :P)
Step 2: Well now get a dark background. I chose a black back ground. And den write your name. Make sure u choose the font correctly. Make sure its bold and do take care about the base of the edges. They (referring to the bases) all should end on a line.
Step 3: This actually is optional at this point but i prefer do now. You can go to your layers panel. If you dunt hav the layer window on your screen, den you can get it by pressing the F7 key. Neways once u get dere, you can manipulate the layer properties. Select the text layer and den double click on the blank area to the right, u can get the sort of window given below. Now you can play with all the parameters and make your name look awsum. Well you can also try out the presets in the styles winidow also.
Step 4: Now rasterize the text layer by right clicking on the text layer in the layer window and den selecting the 'rasterize the layer' option.
Step 5: With th layer selected in the layer window, u can press Ctrl+T, or u can select the area as given in the pic and den click on transform selection
Step 6: Then right click on the selected area and go for prespective option, play around with the end square small boxes and make sure u move dem only in the vertical direction. ( u can play wid it in ne way u want , but for the sake of this wallpaper go according to the specifications)
Step 7: Now hit enter to go for ur transformation.
Step 8: Next create a copy of the layer n using the transformation procedure bring it to the position specified, i.e. invert the image.
Step 9: Now with the newly created, select the shown area and go for 'transform selection' as was mentioned before. Now select the skew option , and in the way first move the corner small squares up and down n bring the image to the shown figure.
Step 10: Next go to the bottom left corner n enable the quick mask by clicking on the icon.
Step 11: Make sure you select the correct parameters as shown in the figures
Step 12: Next apply the gradient, which will look like the figure shown above.
Step 13: Next deselect the mask editing option, and the screen luks sumwht lyk dis except the dotted line covering the upper half. Press Ctrl+Shift+I to inivert the selection and the lower one will get selected.
Step 14: Wid the inverted layer selected, press the delete key n u can see the magic. the shade appears :). You are almost done wid the reflection
Step 15:Now you can for the layer properties of the main layer (text) n change the parameters n hav fun. Make sure you restore the essence of reflection.
Step 16: Well the last step.. Do decrese the opactity of layers which represent the reflection and thus ur work is done
Well how well the relection cumes out, and how all you create your effects all depend on how well you experiment all the tools dat you hav at your disposal. Try out your wacky ideas, create all crap and nonsense and you will end up getting the work up your lifetym.... Well i am still in the process :P
Do temme if u face ne difficulties, i am ready to help you out :). Do post in your ideas about how can u make the work better :)

SPM vs MuP
Well this is wat cam out from a friend of mine, Kinshuk Kar ( phodu hai ). SPM = Structural Properties of Materials and MuP = Microprocessor Interfacing and Programming. Well this is what happened:
We had SPM and MuP on the same day, and we had hardly ne tym 2 read the two subjects. And as we all know "creativity cumes in adversity". Well juss go thru
1)8086 is made up of alternating layers of ferrite and cementite
2)Polling is NOT a heat-treatment process
3)You cannot draw the microstructure of a microprocessor, neither can u
have a microprocessor in a microstructure.
4)The pin CONFIGURATION of 8086 changes at eutectoid temperature.
5)There is no difference between read-write timing diagrams and CCT diagrams.(Only difference CCT has a logarithmic time-scale)
6)Austenite changes to pearlite after quenching to 600 degrees and giving a non-maskable interrupt for 10^3 seconds.
7)Embedded Systems does NOT mean spherical particles of cementite embedded in ferrite.
8)The microstructure formed after heat-treatment depends on the number
of wait states inserted.
9)8086 is not the name of an iron-carbon alloy.
10)Interrupt vector != Slip vector.
I've become strain-hardened after doing memory interfacing :'( plz excuse me. Really Hats off to KK. He raaaks

The first image is the one which i submitted for animatrix event (Quark techfest of BITS Goa). It was the second image which i made in the beginning but you know (too many girls).... neways i also made a poster concerning environmental problems (plantin trees) but i dunt know for sum reason it didnt upload. No worries i ll upload it soon. Neways you are invited to pour in your comments and suggestions as in how the poster could hav been impoved...

Happy New Year . . .
Wish you all a very happy new year.
Njoy :)
Well, I dunno how far is it justified to ask u to do something. On the first day of the year, 1st January, i.e. today i have come across some people for whom the so called new year hardly matters. There is nothing they can call new this new year. For some its going to be the same loneliness as friend, for some its the same poverty, and for some its the same road which is going to serve as their bed for the year and so on. I dont ask you to go to everyone and listen their pains. What i urge you is to make sure you bring a smile on someone's face ( let it be for a few second. it matters ). The person need not be a begger or some one very poor, the person can be anyone surrounding you. Remeber the person will might not make an effort to tell you his/her feelings, but make sure you see it.Believe me you will feel wonderful when you see the smile. I felt it :)
